Why did you lose your leg?
	I had an accident with a freight train when i was 8 years old while i was playing on the rail tracks.
	Can you remember anything about that?
	I can´t remember much about this part of my life. When you are a child you have on many things a different point of view and you manage a lot of problems in a different way or even don´t see them.
	Do you wear prosthesis?
	Yes, I wear prosthesis very often outside. At home, I am mostly without it. Before my reamputation it depended also on the fact, if I had pain or not. Today I  get  slowly attuned with my new prosthesis.
	Do you also use crutches or a wheelchair?
	Yes, I use crutches very often because I really like wearing a high heel. Also at home, it is very often easier with crutches. For longer distances I take mostly the wheelchair.
	What kind of crutches do you use?
	I have different type of crutches. I select them depending on the color fitting my outfit. I have forearm and underarm crutches but I prefer forearms.
	What happened that you needed to have a reamputation?
	Because of the fact that I lost my leg when I was a child in a case of emergency I needed a lot surgeries over the years because my stump changed with my growth. I had also a few times abscesses that need to be operated. In one of them, parts of my nerves where damaged. It got worse and worse over the years. I had horrible pain. In 2004 my doctors told me, that i need to have a reamputation. I didn´t want it but it got worse and the end was, that I had an infection in part of my bone. I had no other chance to adjust with the reamputaion. Today I am glad that I did it.
	Do you have phantom pain?
	Yes I had normal pain and horrible phantom pain. It was extremely bad. Toady I am really happy that I have nearly no pain anymore.
